ABPI 2024. Every clause. Every deliverable.
Reg reviews every regulated deliverable against the ABPI 2024 Code of Practice. Not a spot-check — a structured, four-stream parallel review that covers claims and references, safety language, mandatory statements, and audience classification simultaneously. Every finding is logged with exact location, the clause number it relates to, and a verbatim fix.
The review process runs in parallel streams because compliance failures cluster. A promotional claim problem is often accompanied by a missing mandatory statement. Safety language issues appear alongside off-label risk. By running four streams at once and cross-referencing, Reg catches not just individual violations but systemic ones.
After review, Reg generates the MLR reference pack: a structured document containing the reviewed copy, annotated findings, referenced clauses, and suggested corrections. This is the document your medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers need to approve the piece. Reg produces it automatically — it doesn't need to be requested.
Reg also applies comparative claims logic. If your copy makes any implicit or explicit comparison to a competitor or to placebo, Reg checks that the comparison is fair, balanced, and substantiated by cited evidence. Comparative superiority claims without statistical backing are blocked at this stage.

Identifies explicit and implicit comparisons. Checks for fair balance, statistical backing, and appropriate framing.
Verifies all mandatory statements are present, complete, and correctly formatted: prescribing info, Yellow Card, job bag reference.
Flags any copy that approaches or crosses off-label indication boundaries. Escalates to client before proceeding.
Generates the structured MLR reference pack automatically with every regulated deliverable. Reviewable before client delivery.
Each finding includes exact location in the document, ABPI clause reference, nature of the issue, and verbatim corrected text.
