Once Sys has analysed your brief, it generates a structured task manifest — a precise set of instructions for every agent that will work on the project. This isn't a general brief summary; it's a machine-readable specification that includes scope boundaries, brand context, compliance parameters, and complexity tier. Each agent receives exactly what they need and nothing superfluous.

Sys also manages agent routing. Based on deliverable type and complexity, Sys determines which agents are activated. A Simple patient leaflet runs a lean team. A Complex HCP campaign suite runs the full roster. You never pay for specialists who aren't needed, because Sys makes the call before any work starts.

Throughout the project lifecycle, Sys acts as the architectural reference point. If an agent's output drifts from the original brief parameters, Sys flags the discrepancy. Nothing that contradicts the original scope reaches the quality gate — Pace can only score what Sys has sanctioned.
